All Denon retailers and installers who complete a registration at the Denon on-line training website between June 1, 2009 and March 31, 2010 will be automatically entered in a random monthly drawing for one of three Denon S-32 networked audio systems (retail value $499 each) and a random quarterly drawing for a $1,000 retail value gift certificate which may be applied towards the purchase directly from Denon of any Denon home audio/video product or other Denon products of the winner’s choice. There will be a total of 10 monthly drawings and a total of 3 quarterly drawings. Gift certificate is valid for one year from the award date. Name and email required for valid entry. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

Must be 18 years or older, an employee of a Denon retailer or installer, and a resident of the U.S. to enter. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes. Denon may at its sole and absolute discretion substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability for any reason or for circumstances beyond its control. Limit one entry and one prize per person/organization. All taxes (including income taxes), fees and charges relating to the use and acceptance of a prize are the sole responsibility of Winners. Winners of the $1,000 gift certificates will receive a 1099 from Denon and will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Prize Acceptance. Void where prohibited by law. See below for complete rules, restrictions and eligibility requirements. The random drawings will be held on the last business day of each month commencing in July 2009, and ending in April, 2010. Quarterly drawings will occur on the last business day of September 2009 and January and April 2010. Individuals who register after any particular drawing has taken place will only be eligible for the upcoming drawings. Winners will be notified by email.

In addition to being eligible for the drawings by registering at the Denon on-line training site, everyone who successfully completes a Denon on-line training lesson will receive a certificate redeemable for an additional 10% off standard accommodation pricing on Denon products. Accommodation purchases are only available to employees with a minimum of six months continuous employment at a Denon retailer or installer, and must be signed by the dealer’s management. Accommodation purchases must be paid by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, money order or cashier’s check. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and vary by model. California and New Jersey residents must pay the appropriate sales tax. Only one unit of the same model may be purchased during a 12-month period. Accommodation forms are available from your local Denon sales representative or distributor.

Denon on-line training is available to all retailers and installers of Denon home audio/video products.
