Denon Factory Service
Denon offers in-house factory service in our Mahwah New Jersey facility.  We have recently updated our service warehouse to serve you better and we have reopened to accept factory repair requests once again.  Should your unit need repair, our trained technicians will provide you with the quality service you have come to expect from Denon.  When obtaining service at our walk-in window, you can save time by printing and filling out our walk-in registration form ahead of time and bringing it with you when you drop off your equipment.  Units to be shipped to us should follow the instructions under factory service request form listed below.  Our shipping address and contact information is listed for your convenience.

Denon Technical Support, Operational Support and Customer Service
Denon offers in-house factory Technical Support through our New Jersey location.  Product Operational Support and Customer Service is also available at this location.  As with all electronic devices, it is recommended that you first review the instruction manual provided for instructions on how to connect your system.  Should you need further assistance, Denon Operational Support may be able to provide you with additional help.  The Consumer Electronics Association also provides interactive Web assistance with connections and hookups for your stereo or surround sound system at the following link.  Denon's factory Technical Support, Operational Support and Customer Service contact information is as follows:

Denon Regional Super Service Centers
Denon Electronics Regional Super Service Centers have been appointed to provide factory-authorized in-warranty and out-of-warranty service of Denon products, and can assist in repairing customer-owned and dealer stock units.  These Centers are highly experienced with Denon products, and have the capability to handle any repair situation, from simple to extensive, with the fastest possible turnaround time.

Factory Service Request Form
For units that need to come back to Denon New Jersey for factory service, a service return authorization number must first be obtained.  This number should then be placed on the outside of the box before shipping a unit back to Denon.  Units without service return authorization numbers or with authorization numbers that do not match the unit returned, can not be received by our receiving department and must be refused for delivery.  To obtain an SRA # for product repair return, please click here and fill out our online form.  You will receive an e-mail with your SRA number along with instructions.  If you have difficulty for any reason using the online form or you can not find your model number using the online form, you can download the following manual form and either e-Fax or e-mail it by attachment back to our repair department at the e-Fax number or e-mail address indicated on the form.  Our shipping address information is also located on the form.
